"body": "# Skill Hub Guide\n\nThis skill teaches you how to interact with alanzeng's personal Skill Hub hosted at `https://skill.alanzeng.com`.\n\n## Hub Overview\n\nThe Skill Hub is a centralized registry of AI agent skills. It contains three types of skills:\n- **Custom** — skills built specifically by alanzeng\n- **Forked** — open-source skills with personalized modifications\n- **Upstream** — curated open-source skills mirrored for convenience\n\nThe hub is backed by a Cloudflare Worker that reads from a GitHub repository (`alanzeng423/skill-hub`), with KV caching. It supports the standard `npx skills` well-known discovery protocol.\n\n## How to Install Skills\n\nUse the standard `npx skills` CLI. **Always include `https://` in the hub URL** — without it, the CLI treats the domain as a Git repository name.\n\n```bash\n# Install all skills\nnpx -y skills add https://skill.alanzeng.com --skill '*' --yes\n\n# Install a specific skill\nnpx -y skills add https://skill.alanzeng.com --skill <skill-name> --yes\n\n# Examples:\nnpx -y skills add https://skill.alanzeng.com --skill skillhub-guide --yes\nnpx -y skills add https://skill.alanzeng.com --skill lark-native-block-migration --yes\n```\n\n## Standard Discovery Endpoints (for `npx skills` CLI)\n\nThe hub implements the well-known skill discovery protocol:\n\n- `GET /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json` — V1 index with `name`, `description`, `files` per skill\n- `GET /.well-known/skills/index.json` — alias for the same\n- `GET /.well-known/agent-skills/<skill-name>/SKILL.md` — raw SKILL.md for a skill\n- `GET /.well-known/agent-skills/<skill-name>/<file>` — supporting files (scripts, references, etc.)\n\nThese are the endpoints the `npx skills` CLI uses automatically when you run `npx -y skills add https://skill.alanzeng.com`.\n\n## API Endpoints (for programmatic access)\n\nAll endpoints return JSON and support CORS. Base URL: `https://skill.alanzeng.com`\n\n### 1. List all skills\n```\nGET /api/skills\n```\nReturns the full hub index including categories, skills with metadata (name, description, category, tags, author, version, source), and install commands.\n\n### 2. List categories\n```\nGET /api/categories\n```\nReturns available skill categories with names, icons, and descriptions.\n\n### 3. Get a specific skill\n```\nGET /api/skills/{skill-path}\n```\nReturns detailed skill info including the parsed SKILL.md body, frontmatter, install command, and GitHub/raw URLs.\n\n### 4. Fetch raw SKILL.md\n```\nGET /skills/{skill-path}/SKILL.md\n```\nReturns the raw Markdown content of a skill's SKILL.md file.\n\n### 5. Fetch raw skill files\n```\nGET /skills/{skill-path}/{file-path}\n```\nReturns raw content of any file within a skill directory (e.g., scripts, templates, references).\n\n## How to Discover Skills\n\nWhen looking for a skill to accomplish a task:\n\n1. Fetch `GET https://skill.alanzeng.com/api/skills` to get the full index.\n2. Filter by `category` or search through `tags` and `description` fields to find relevant skills.\n3. Fetch the individual skill's detail from `GET /api/skills/{path}` to read its full instructions.\n4. Alternatively, fetch the raw SKILL.md from `GET /skills/{path}/SKILL.md`.\n5. Install with `npx -y skills add https://skill.alanzeng.com --skill <name> --yes`.\n\n## Categories\n\nAvailable categories:\n- `devops` — Deployment, CI/CD, infrastructure\n- `cloudflare` — Cloudflare platform skills\n- `feishu` — Feishu/Lark collaboration\n- `ai` — AI/LLM/agent related\n- `frontend` — UI and frontend development\n- `backend` — Backend and APIs\n- `productivity` — Workflow automation\n- `security` — Security analysis\n- `meta` — Hub-related skills (this skill is here)\n\n## Adding New Skills\n\nWhen instructed to add or publish a skill to this hub, install and use the **skillhub-publish** skill:\n\n```\nnpx -y skills add https://skill.alanzeng.com --skill skillhub-publish --yes\n```\n\nIn short:\n1. Create a directory under `skills/` in the `alanzeng423/skill-hub` repo\n2. Add a `SKILL.md` with YAML frontmatter (`name`, `description`)\n3. Add optional supporting files (scripts/, templates/, examples/, references/) alongside SKILL.md\n4. Update `skills/index.json` to register the skill with category, tags, author, version, source, **and a `files` array** listing all files (starting with `\"SKILL.md\"`)\n5. Push to the `main` branch — the hub picks up changes within 5 minutes (KV cache TTL)\n6. Optionally clear KV cache for immediate effect\n\n## Web UI\n\nVisit `https://skill.alanzeng.com` in a browser to browse skills visually with category filters and search.\n\n## Notes\n\n- The hub has a 5-minute cache. Changes pushed to GitHub may take up to 5 minutes to appear.\n- All endpoints are public and read-only; no authentication required.\n- Always use `https://skill.alanzeng.com` (with `https://`) when installing via `npx skills`.\n- The raw SKILL.md endpoint is the canonical source for skill instructions.",
